Jane DiRenzo Pigott
Jane DiRenzo Pigott is Managing Director of R3 Group LLC and specializes in providing leadership, change and talent consulting to organizations through a focus on the retention, development and promotion of talent.
Before starting R3 Group, Ms. Pigott practiced law for over twenty years, most recently at Winston & Strawn where she served as the Chair of the global Environmental Law practice. At Winston, Ms. Pigott served on the firm’s Executive Management Committee, the first woman to do so, and its Compensation Committee.
